Although actually, we went for Nob Hill's organic turkey dinner this year, so no tryptophan! But I still managed to eat enough to make me clutch my tummy and groan.
Anyway... I'm sitting here reading all the news reports of people getting trampled to death at Black Friday sales, and feeling very glad that I don't plan to go anywhere this weekend. Call me lazy, but I've got a fridge-full of food, I've already done most of my Christmas shopping online, and there's a brand-new set of Doctor Who DVDs on my coffee table that I haven't even cracked open yet. So I think I'm set for the next three days. ;)
